Attached are the Meeting Agenda and Draft Meeting Notes that contain the questions/answers, comments and requests from the Region-wide Permit meeting held at the Central Valley Water Board’s Rancho Cordova Office on November 12th. I understand that a number of stakeholders could not hear the discussion due to interference with the WebEx connection.

- · If you have been participating in the Region-wide Permit discussions, you may have been signed up for the Lyris List. The Lyris List is an email system the Water Boards use to communicate general information to stakeholders.
