For the Meeting Agenda item #3 concerning TMDLs with the Phase II MS4 Permit:
I have provided Phase II MS4 contact information to the State Board for the TMDL-MS4 meetings scheduled in November 2013. Each meeting will involve a brief background on each TMDL and discussion of potential implementation language.
The meetings are organized by watershed (San Joaquin River, Sacramento River (including Clear Lake)), and Delta) and will be held at the State Water Board in downtown Sacramento. Meetings will be webcast if participants cannot attend in person.
The meetings are scheduled on November 15th (10a.m. – 3p.m., San Joaquin River Pesticides and Dissolved Oxygen TMDLs), November 18th (11a.m. – 3p.m., Sacramento River Watershed Pesticides, Clear Lake Nutrients), and November 21st (10:30 a.m.- 2p.m., Delta Pesticides and Methylmercury).
