The SJVSWQP is funded by member dues paid annually under a cost-share Memorandum of Understanding. Dues fund shared consultant services, regional training, joint outreach campaigns, and water quality monitoring contributions.
Dues are calculated based on agency size and permit type (MS4 Phase I or Phase II). Current rates are reviewed annually by the Partnership board.
