Vision

Clean stormwater across the San Joaquin Valley, achieved through collaborative management among local agencies.

Mission

Help member agencies meet their MS4 permit obligations efficiently, reduce duplication of effort, and educate the public so that less pollution reaches the storm drain in the first place.

Goals

  • Maintain 100% permit compliance across all member agencies.
  • Deliver an annual regional training that meets MS4 Phase I and II inspector requirements.
  • Run shared outreach campaigns that reach residents in every member jurisdiction.
  • Coordinate water quality monitoring and reporting under the Delta RMP and CV-SALTS.
  • Track and reduce trash discharges in line with the State Trash Amendments.
