California Stormwater Quality Association (CASQA) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving stormwater management and protecting water quality across California.

CASQA provides leadership, technical resources, and training to support effective implementation of stormwater programs. Its members include municipalities, regulatory agencies, engineers, consultants, and private-sector professionals working to reduce pollutants in stormwater runoff.
