NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) staff will hold public workshops regarding proposed changes to the Statewide Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) General Permit (General Permit).
The proposed changes in the forthcoming permit reissuance include regulating municipal stormwater from public school districts and community college campuses. A quorum of the State Water Board may be present at one or more workshops; however, the State Water Board will not take any action at the workshops. The workshops will be held at the following locations and will not be webcast or recorded:
