Phase II MS4 Permit Reissuance – Virtual Stakeholder Workshops

Please join State Water Resources Control Board staff at one of four virtual stakeholder workshops to learn about the proposed reissuance of the Statewide Phase II Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) Permit. Due to health concerns from COVID-19, these workshops will be conducted virtually to avoid an in-person gathering. These virtual workshops are free of charge and will be hosted using the Zoom video conferencing platform. Information on how to use Zoom is available at the Zoom website.

Staff will present information and address questions regarding proposed changes in the forthcoming permit reissuance. Topics will include clarifications on reformatting, reorganization updates, and the new storm water requirements for public school districts and community colleges.
